Profil
As the first point of contact for our supporters, your sense of customer service, sociability and easy contact will be your major assets for this function. You also have a strong sense of diplomacy and can interact calmly and argumentatively even in the face of negative or aggressive reactions, which you see as an opportunity to clarify our work and mission. You can explain and synthesize complicated topics in a language that is accessible to the general public. To be fully effective, you must also be able to demonstrate strong administrative skills, precision, rigor and regularity.
You have a Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years’ experience in a front-line service.
Your sense of service has to be equally effective in both of our national languages. You speak Dutch at native level and you have an excellent command of French and a perfect spelling. You have a good working knowledge of English.
You have a strong interest in environmental issues and biodiversity protection.
You are preferably available to start by early June.
Description
Your mission
As a “Supporters Service Officer”, you are the single point of contact for our supporters.
You deliver a clean and qualitative service for people who support the organization. These people are vital to the organization, and therefore we require a qualitative oral and written communication.
We are looking for 2 new colleagues.
Your challengeYou are the voice of WWF for our donors and supporters. They believe in our work and activities and they rely on us to make them proud of their contribution. Being 100% convinced yourself with our mission, you can share and transmit it to our main target group.
You will receive various questions, requests, reactions and concerns by phone, email and on our social media. You are responsible to create a conversation with our supporters and to ensure that these questions are processed and addressed promptly. The answers that you will bring will build and strengthen their confidence in our organization. You will manage this flow of questions and reactions , you’ll collect relevant information from the WWF experts in order to build constructive answers and to raise engagement from our supporters on all these channels.
You are also responsible for the quality of our supporter’s database. You will support change requests into the database, manage eventual reimbursements encode manual payments, update the procedures... Your commercial spirit will also help you to convince our supporters to maintain their commitment.
You’ll drive a constant improvement in supporters experience. You will follow the tracking metrics and records actionable insights and data. You’ll report in a structured manner the supporter’s feedback. You are force of proposition regarding supporter service enhancement & how to encourage supporter engagement & retention.
