With an increased devolution of responsibilities to the field, the role of Communications Adviser evolved in recent year to become mentor, coach and provide expert advice to colleagues and teams in field missions and in HQ.
In this case, the Communications Adviser position will initially focus on operational communications support to MSF-OCB missions in Burundi; Central African Republic; Democratic Republic of Congo; Guinea; Haiti. This might change according to operational changes, emergencies or re-balance of portfolios between communications advisers.
