WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Human Sciences and have a relevant professional experience of minimum 4 yearsin Human Resources and/or International mobility.
We are looking for a well organised person, result and innovation oriented person, a team player with participative leadership and team management skills, able to perform in a changing environment.
An MSF or other NGO experience as international staff is highly recommended.
For internal candidates, experience in the Field Administration Unit will be considered as strong added value.
In our international environment we look for a candidate with excellent knowledge of French and English. Dutch will be an asset.

Description
BACKGROUND
Within the People Deployment Hub, the international mobility (IM) team is in charge of the organisation of the International Mobility of MSF workers. The mission of this position is to lead the International Mobility team and contribute to an effective and efficient international mobility.
The mobility team consists of 9 fix international mobility officers and one flying mobility officer plus a support function.
Within the logic of an agile way of working, some of the main activities will be shared with one or more team members to allow a gradual increase of autonomy within the team.
This position is at the same time new in the organization as part of the HR Department reform but in line with the current Field Administration Unit (FAU) team leader position.
JOB PROFILE
Head of International Mobility
The Head of International Mobility has final accountability of the team’s mission to organize a timely and administratively fully prepared departure and return for MSF employees from and to the field. The IM is in charge of both administrative (contract, insurance) and practical (ticketing, visa, accommodation, briefing and debriefing organization) aspects of the departure and return.
She/he makes sure the priorities and objectives identified each year and the spirit of the team are oriented towards the operational HR needs in terms of international mobility.
As facilitator this role will be the main focal point for other actors for common projects, priorities or improvements. This role may gradually change over time when a more agile way of functioning is in place and different team members could act as focal points.
Team manager of the mobility team
As team manager, is in charge of recruitment, induction, evaluation and daily supervision and management of the mobility team.
She/he guides the team towards an agile model of working where participation and dynamic roles’ distribution are put with the aim of an efficient, qualitative and operations oriented service.
International Mobility projects and files
Besides the management roles this position will also be assigned as referent to different specific roles related to international mobility: travel and accommodation policy, focal point for the travel agency implant, referent for the visa service and for the Schengen visa procedure and policy.
